Warranty
We stand by our work. Our workmanship is world class. To prove it, we guarantee the structural integrity of every ring we sell for 18 months from the purchase date.1
Returns
Any and all returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.2 All returns require a 50% return fee.
Tungsten Pride only sells custom-made rings and does not resell returned merchandise.
Free shipping
We’ll cover the shipping costs. We ship all orders via US Postal Priority mail with delivery confirmation.3
Ring re-sizing
Is your ring too small? We can easily increase the size of your existing ring up to one full size. We have all the necessary equipment and technology in our shop to offer custom resizing—something that other mass-produced ring manufacturers cannot.
Because of the nature of tungsten carbide, we are unable to make an existing ring smaller. Please double check your ring size before placing your order. Please refer to our sizing recommendations to find your proper ring size.
1 Warranty applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
2 We cannot accept returns on orders with precious metal inlays, stone settings and black ice or black stone finishes.
3 Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
